    • Handles all queries from undergraduate students
    • Assists with student’s record related to course administration including equivalencies, recognition of courses from other institutions and transfer of credits, deferred and supplemental exams, grades and grade changes, permit overrides, etc.
    • Handles distribution and verification of mark submissions for courses.
    • Preparation of licensure documents
    • Assistance with registration issues

    • Receives and processes all inquiries and applications 
    • Helps prepare admissions application dossiers for Admissions Committee decisions; corresponds with applicants. 
    • Handles foreign student matters including visas and fulfillment of entrance requirements such as receipt of TOEFL test scores.
    • Handles distribution and verification of mark submissions and add/drop and forwards to GPSO by deadline.
    • Prepares forms requesting diplomas and lists of graduating students.
    • Prepares documents for convocation
