From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Jo-Anne is in charge of membership, recruitment and engagement. She maintains membership records, a database of member expertise and experience, provides annual statistical analyses, develops and updates a network of departmental MAUT representatives, and supports their activities. She tracks MAUT accomplishments and promotes awareness of them within MAUT and externally.  Jo-Anne also manages our organization's day to day operations, and arranges all meetings and special events.

Joseph provides information, assistance, and legal advice on a confidential basis to any member upon request, as well as to the Executive and Council during MAUT meetings. He is very knowledgeable about McGill rules and regulations, and can provide the necessary information either by telephone or in person by appointment at his office.

  • In-person hours by appointment only (Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 9 am - 5 pm)
