Professors Andrea Bjorklund and Kun Fan named Norton Rose Fulbright Faculty Scholars in Arbitration & Commercial Law
The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that Professor Andrea Bjorklund, L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law, and Professor Kun Fan have been appointed Norton Rose Fulbright Faculty Scholars in Arbitration and Commercial Law. Professor Bjorklund was appointed for one year; Professor Fan, for three years.

Allison Christians promoted to the rank of Full Professor

Professor Christians, who was recently renewed as H. Heward Stikeman Chair of Tax Law, coincidentally began her term as Associate Dean (Research) at the Faculty on the very same date for a three-year mandate.

Alana Klein and Vincent Forray promoted to the rank of Associate Professor
The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that Alana Klein and Vincent Forray have been promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, effective June 1.
Alana Klein teaches and researches in health law, criminal law, and human rights. She is a co-convenor of the McGill Research Group on Health and Law.
