McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information about the SER here.

The deadline to submit CCR participation/attendance lists has passed. Activities that took place before July 1, 2025, were eligible for the CCR, but any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed. Historical CCR data will be preserved and migrated to the SER for current students.

Decolonizing Academia

Second session of Connected Academics for Arts Graduate Students

In the ever-evolving landscape of academia, it is imperative that graduate students in the arts engage in critically rethinking the foundations of their disciplines. Join us for an enlightening talk on 'Decolonizing Academia' with Associate Provost of Indigenous Initiatives, Prof. Celeste Pedri-Spade (McGill University). Explore the historical and systemic roots of colonialism within your field, and gain insight into identifying and challenging power imbalances. This session empowers you to actively contribute to the decolonization of academia, fostering a more inclusive and equitable future for the arts.

After the talk, there will be a community café with free drinks and food.
