McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information about the SER here.

The deadline to submit CCR participation/attendance lists has passed. Activities that took place before July 1, 2025, were eligible for the CCR, but any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed. Historical CCR data will be preserved and migrated to the SER for current students.

Stroll and Dash Volunteering with Cedar’s Cancer Foundation

Do you want to contribute to an incredible cause? Come volunteer at the Stroll and Dash, an annual event hosted by Cedars Cancer Foundation to raise funds for Sarah's Floor in the MUHC’s Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Division. This in-patient unit supports children with cancer and their families. The four categories of the event include a short race, a long race, a new Stroller race, and a special Heroes & Celebrities race, reserved for the heroes on Sarah's Floor. The activity can consist of anything from setting up, registering participants, to helping pass out water bottles, and cheering on race participants. Cedars Cancer Foundation is the fighting arm of MUHC’s (McGill University Health Centre’s) fight against cancer, supporting the hospital’s Cancer Centre and the Cancer Research Program of the Research Institute.

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with additional information including our meeting time and location to travel together to the venue.

Registration closes September 22nd at midnight, and there is a mandatory online training session on Wednesday, September 27th at 5:30 PM.

When a minimum of 4 hours of volunteering for Cedar's Cancer Foundation has been completed, you can request a copy of your Co-Curricular Record (CCR), an official document recognizing your involvement in out of classroom learning experiences.
