Goal setting is an important predictor of success in graduate school and postdoctoral experience, and can help you to transition successfully into your chosen career. By planning and aligning your activities with your goals, and tracking your progress, you can greatly increase your chances of achieving your goals.
In this session, we will discuss what is involved in creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP). You will complete activities designed to help you reflect on your academic and professional goals, and begin the process of creating an IDP.
Refreshments will be provided. This workshop is open to all, but will be targeted towards individuals in psychiatry, neuroscience and related disciplines.
