Research Seminar: Making Our Voices Matter in Global Health Solution Building
This session will explore how we can contribute to solution building as students and early career professionals in global health. We will focus on writing and centering creative advocacy efforts to affect change in global health - incorporating what we learn in our classrooms. It will also be a discussion space to imagine solutions and pathways forward.
This session will build awareness and skills related to:
- Designing and writing advocacy articles (e.g. academic editorials, commentaries and non-academic op-eds etc.
- Building advocacy efforts in global health (for your community, national government and global efforts).
Please note that this event is being organized by the Department of Family Medicine and is therefore a family medicine global health event.
