Research Seminar Series

Each month, the Department of Family Medicine hosts a research seminar that explores a wide range of topics and methods relevant to primary health care. These seminars feature a variety of speakers, including researchers from other universities and departments, as well as our own faculty, students, and collaborators. Open to the entire McGill community, these seminars serve as a dynamic forum for learning, discussion, and exchange, fostering meaningful connections across disciplines and institutions.

Brittany Wenniserí:iostha Jock

Professor Jock is Bear Clan from the Akwesasne Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) Territory. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in chemistry. She holds a Master’s degree in epidemiology and a Doctorate in social and behavioral interventions from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Her public health training centers on the design and application of mixed methods research and the development, implementation, and evaluation of health programs.
