This event is not another day of sitting behind your computer listening. It is an immersive, collaborative virtual simulation exercise.

Trainees will be assigned to NGO teams deploying into a protracted humanitarian setting. They will interact with actors playing a number of roles through a series of calls, and be challenged with acute events testing their teamwork, communication, professionalism, and cultural competency.
