Family Medicine Research Seminar: An Integrated Care Pathway for Frail Elderly people
The care of frail elderly people is often undertaken in silo between family physicians in the community and hospital care with poorly coordinated procedures. The PAERPA integrated care project in France has attempted to develop a coherent care pathway. We conducted a study to qualitatively and quantitatively compare the physicians who participated in the project to imagine a more personalized future recruitment strategy.

Guest Speaker
Dr. Matthieu Calafiore, MD, PhD student, general practitioner, lecturer in general medicine at the University of Lille. He is Director of the Department of General Medicine since September 2019. He is a member of the METRICS Research Unit and was President of the Syndicat national des enseignants de médecine générale (SNEMG) from 2012 to 2015. He has been involved in scientific popularisation in the French media (Europe 1, France Télévisions, C8).
