Advancing EDI: A Workshop for EDI Committee Members

Advancing and supporting the work of EDI is an important goal for our university. The creation of EDI committees across the institution is one approach to address and respond to the needs of community members on a more local level. This workshop is designed for members of EDI committees to connect, learn, and share strategies for advancing EDI goals in effective and sustainable ways. 

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

This session will provide information on the Office for Mediation and Report (OMR) and the two policies it implements: McGill's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and McGill's Policy against Sexual Violence. Most of the presentation will be a deep-dive on psychological harassment. Please email omr [at] mcgill.ca with any accessibility needs.
