Navigating Microaggressions in the Workplace

This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with a greater understanding of what microaggressions are, the ways people are impacted, and how to intervene when they occur.
At end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify and differentiate between different types of microaggressions
- Examine the link between microaggressions and systems of oppression
- Consider how to foster environments which minimize the occurrence of microaggressions
- Identify microintervention strategies for responding to microaggressions
