Fabienne Colas is a Haitian-Canadian actress, director, producer, and activist. As the head of the Fabienne Colas Foundation and the driving force behind Montreal's International Black Film Festival, Fabienne has successfully promoted diversity in Canada for decades. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge regarding strategies to help us foster a diverse work environment.
