On Monday, October 10th (Thanksgiving Day), 24 hour study access will be available at the Humanities and Social Sciences Library and the Schulich Library of Science and Engineering. All other library branches will be physically closed. Services (loans, reserves, consultations) at all branches will also be closed on Monday, October 10th.

McGill Library is pleased to announce the official launch of a new mobile library website as of June 1. Access library services any place, any time on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and most smart phones. Features on the mobile site include: Catalogue search, Course Reserves, Ask us, Library hours, Library finder on Google Maps, Library News, and FAQs.
The COLOMBO Interlibrary Loan system will be un available for McGill clients or library staff from Friday May 21 to Monday May 24 inclusive, while an upgrade to version 4.1 is in progress. Access to COLOMBO will resume on Tuesday May 25 in the morning.
A selection of material from the Blackader Lauterman Library collection is on exhibit in the library (third floor, Redpath Library Building). The exhibition complements the Ebony Roots: Bi-Centenary Symposium being held on April 4, 2007, from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Stewart Biology Building, 1205 Docteur Penfield Avenue, Room S1-4.
Please note that the Blackader-Lauterman Library will be closed for renovations from June 2, 6:00 pm - June 6, 9:00 am. This includes the stacks, computers and study areas.
