Monday, October 24, 2022 17:30to18:30
McGill Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, 3610 Rue McTavish room 36-2, Montreal, Quebec, CA
 Regular Rituals

Frequently evoked in religious contexts, rituals can also appear in our secular lives in many ways. Many of us perform daily rituals without event recognizing it. This workshop explores the idea of ritual as an act or spiritual experience with strong meaning-making potential. Through this workshop, students will learn how regular rituals can be beneficial in cultivating connection as well as personal well-being.

This hybrid workshop will be held at MORSL, 36-2 3610 McTavish, and on Zoom. This workshop is the third in a series of six topics. Please register separately for each one.
