Setting up your accommodation plan

  • Details on how to access workplace accommodations for staff with disabilities is available on McGill’s Human Resources (HR) website.
  • For academic staff, your accommodation requests will be directed to your Department Chair.
  • You are not required to disclose the nature of your disability, or any personal medical documentation directly to your Chair. This information can be shared, confidentially, to your Human Resources Advisor, or directly to the Disability Management unit within HR.
