I am sure that your academic work at McGill will lead to new knowledge and discoveries; it will enrich the educational experiences of our exceptional students at all levels; and I truly hope it will prove to be personally, as well as professionally, satisfying.
McGill has a well-deserved reputation as an excellent, research-intensive, student-centred, publicly-funded university. Our University is also among North America’s most culturally and internationally diverse communities. McGill has an unwavering commitment to quality and to academic freedom.
