The role of the Nkabom Collaborative’s Secretariat:
Collaborative Governance
Supports shared decision-making and alignment across all Nkabom partners.
Foundation Relations & Stewardship
Manages strategic engagement and reporting with the Mastercard Foundation.
Partnership Development
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with institutions, government, private sector, and ecosystem partners.
Network Learning & Development
Coordinates convenings, capacity-building activities, and peer-learning events.
Onboarding & Engagement
Leads onboarding of new leaders, subject matter experts, staff, and partners.
Communications & Knowledge Dissemination
Oversees internal and external communications and shares tools, research, and stories of impact.
Program Co-Creation & Delivery
Facilitates collaborative program design and supports implementation across the three strategic pillars.
Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Adaptation (MELA)
Tracks impact, supports continuous improvement, and aligns learning with program goals.
