Confirm a Tutoring Session (Subsidized Students)

Students who receive subsidized tutoring must complete the form below immediately after each tutoring session.  We need this form for your tutor to get paid.

If you encounter issues accessing the form, please try the following steps:

  1. Click the direct link: Confirmation of Service Form (Tutor Matching Program)
  2. Log in with your McGill email
  3. Clear your cache and cookies
  4. Use an incognito/private browser
