Make the most of your time at Meet McGill by completing the pre-arrival steps!
- Be sure to have your QR code ready for check-in. Three check in points are available: upon arriving on campus via the main Roddick gates (Sherbrooke corner McGill College), at the entrance of the Leacock Building, and at SSMU University Centre.
- View the map ahead of time to ensure you know where to go when you arrive.
- Plan your trip by browsing the available parking and public transportation options. Note: Peel is the nearest subway station on the green line.
- Check the weather forecast. This event will take place rain or shine, so be sure to come dressed for the weather, and bring an umbrella!

Arrival on campus
- Three check in points are available: upon arriving on campus via the main Roddick gates (Sherbrooke corner McGill College), at the entrance of the Leacock Building, and at SSMU University Centre.
- Attend your Welcome to McGill Information Session. See timing in the table below.
- Go on your campus tour you will depart from the Welcome Centre.
- Visit the Academic Advising and Student Services Fair in the SSMU University Centre, 2nd floor cafeteria and 3rd floor ballroom, from 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM, 3480 Rue McTavish, Montréal, QC H3A 0G3.
- Get your McGill Swag from the McGill Campus Store, they will be open from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Enjoy 15% off your order!

Please make your way to the Welcome Centre to join a tour.

- Morning: Morning tours are only available to those who registered when signing up for Meet McGill. If you’ve reserved a spot, please arrive on time!
- Afternoon: Afternoon campus tours will be offered from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not required. Tours depart every 30 minutes.

Leacock Building - Access via two separate entrances on first floor lobby, through construction path behind Redpath Museum.
SSMU University Centre - Access via main entrance on McTavish or South basement. All levels accessible by elevator (except 2nd basement and 5th floor).
