Student Services User Feedback

an adult wearing a sweater and bracelets works on a laptopStudent Services is conducting a coordinated effort to measure the impact our service delivery during the 2023-24 academic year. As part of this effort, we’re sending out monthly surveys to those who’ve had appointments with our service units.

You should receive an email within a few weeks of your most recent appointment if you’ve met with Student Accessibility & Achievement (formerly the Office for Students with Disabilities), Scholarships and Student Aid, International Student Services, Career Planning Service, or the Student Wellness Hub. If you don’t receive it, check your junk mail folder!

How We’re Using This Data

The data pulled from these surveys helps inform our decisions about programming, services, and other supports to better meet student needs. Learning about your experience – from appointment-booking, to service provider, to delivery method – allows us to adapt and improve our offerings for future appointments.

If you have questions or other ideas on how we can collect student feedback, feedback.stuserv [at] mcgill.ca (contact us by email).
