Me Victoria Cohene (Lavery), le professeur Robert Leckey et Me Régine Tremblay vont discuter de la réforme du droit de la famille. La conversation sera modérée par la professeure Helena Lamed.

The event will cover the topics of the Québec-commissioned report on family law following the Eric v Lola decision, more specifically its potential effects on surrogacy (Me Tremblay), and on marriage and de facto unions (Professor Leckey). Lastly, Me Cohene will discuss the newCode of Civil Procedure's effects on the practice of family law in Québec.
