Meet Carolyne Poirier - Carolyne graduated from the Desautels Faculty of Management in 2013, with a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Management and Human Resources. During her second year at McGill, she interned at one of Canada’s biggest pension funds, called PSP Investments, where she was first exposed to the fields of talent acquisition and organizational development. After her internship, she joined PSP Investments’ Human Resources team in the Talent Acquisition division. For the past two years, her main role has been to coordinate the company’s student internship program and to recruit students from different universities across Canada and the United States.
