Overview
Law Writing Courses : The legal writing and presentation of oral arguments, as well as legal research with an emphasis on foreign legal materials. Students are also responsible for a significant portion of the instructional component of the course Legal Writing, Mooting and Advanced Legal Research.
Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Instructors: There are no professors associated with this course for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Restriction: Not open to students who have taken WRIT 016D1 and WRIT 016D2
Students must register for both WRIT 017D1 and WRIT 017D2.
No credit will be given for this course unless both WRIT 017D1 and WRIT 017D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
