Conformément à la plus récente directive du gouvernement du Québec, l’Université demeurera fermée au moins jusqu’au 1er mai. Toutes les bibliothèques et les installations sportives seront fermées durant cette période. Toutes les activités de l’Université McGill nécessitant une présence en personne, sur le campus ou ailleurs, sont annulées. Tous les cours pouvant être offerts en ligne seront disponibles à compter du 30 mars. Les étudiants ne seront pas tenus d’être présents sur le campus d’ici la fin de la session d’hiver 2020; en d’autres termes, il n’y aura pas de cours en classe ni d’examens en personne. Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Essential information

In accordance with the Quebec government’s latest directive, the University will remain closed until at least May 1. All libraries and athletic facilities are closed during this period. All McGill in-person events, on or off campus, are cancelled. All courses that can be taught using remote instruction will be available starting March 30. There will be no in-person classes and no in-person sit-down examinations for the Winter 2020 term. Students will not be required to be physically on campus for the rest of the term. BIOL 373 Biometry (3 credits)

Overview

Biology (Sci) : Elementary statistical methods in biology. Introduction to the analysis of biological data with emphasis on the assumptions behind statistical tests and models. Use of statistical techniques typically available on computer packages.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Instructors: There are no professors associated with this course for the 2020-2021 academic year.

  • 2 hours lecture and 2 hours laboratory

  • Prerequisite: MATH 112 or equivalent
