Exam season is upon us, and it's a notoriously stressful time of year. With this in mind, we thought we'd take a moment to remind you of some of the services we—and others—offer to help you tackle it head on. Whether you're looking for an opportunity to relax and disconnect (studies show it leads to better health and higher marks), or are feeling overwhelmed and in need of assistance, there are resources and outlets available to you.

MORSL Lounge
Exam season is a great time to visit the McGill Office of Religious and Spiritual Life lounge for some relaxation and self-care. Students can browse the wellness library and Healthy McGill kiosk, grab a tea, sign out relaxation CD's, pop into the meditation/prayer room, colour a mandala, or catch some rays from one of the light therapy lamps!
Safety Appointments
Support is available for students experiencing a crisis situation wherein they might be a harm to themselves or others, or if they have experienced an assault.
This support can be accessed in the Brown Building, Suite 5500, Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
