Research Interests: Resource extraction conflicts, international tort responsibility, indigenous ontology

Project Description: After completing his MA with the Department of Anthropology, Brodie Noga began an LLB/BCL program at the McGill Faculty of Law. During his studies he has done research on resource company accountability for Earth Right International and  Above Ground, served as Executive Editor for the McGill International Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy, and interned with the Cambodian League for the Defence and Advancement of Human Rights. Upon completion of his studies he will serve as a Law Clerk for Justice Gascon at the Supreme Court of Canada.
