Student Perspectives

Welcome

This is a page for prospective McGill students written by current students in the department. We realize that applying to graduate school is an important and stressful time, so we’re here to put you at ease by introducing you to some of the people at the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders (SCSD).

If you’d like a general idea about life at McGill and in Montreal, feel free to visit McGill’s Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies Viewbook.

We hope that you’ll find the answers to all of your questions about the School and the program here. Formal admissions related questions can be addressed to the scsd [at] mcgill.ca (SCSD).

If you have other queries that you would like to ask a current M.Sc.A student, please email seanachie.mckenna [at] mail.mcgill.ca (Niamh) or madeline.heleno [at] mail.mcgill.ca (Maddie )(Ontario), julianne.bittante [at] mail.mcgill.ca (Julianne) (British Columbia) and julia.bernstein [at] mail.mcgill.ca (Julia) or veronica.luis [at] mail.mcgill.ca (Veronica )(Quebec).  Please email only one of us. We’d like to wish you the best of luck in applying to McGill and congratulations on choosing a career in S-LP.

See you soon!
