From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Resources for Instructors and Researchers

Liaison librarian develops workshops that are specific to the needs of courses and students. The topics include, but are not restricted to:

  • Orientation to library resources.
  • Effective search strategies in psychology and related subjects.
  • How to cite properly.
  • How to conduct and format a proper literature review.
  • How to use bibliographic software, such as Endnote & RefWorks.

The also provide individual research consultations answering questions about library resources, literature search strategies, and information management.
