Dr. Patricia Li is a general paediatrician at Montreal Children’s Hospital Associate Professor in Pediatrics at McGill University, and a FRQS senior clinician-scientist at the Centre for Health Outcomes Research at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. Her clinical and research work bridges hospital medicine and community practice, with a focus on improving health systems and outcomes for children and families. Dr. Li’s research spans multiple domains, including primary and hospital-based care, health services for migrant populations, and the advancement of child health equity. Through clinical trials, mixed-methods, community-engaged research approaches, and research networks involving all children’s hospitals in Canada, she works to identify and address structural barriers to care, inform policy, and promote culturally safe, equitable, and high-quality health services for all children.
