Current Research
As it is now well established that poor diets lead to chronic disease, Dr. Gray-Donald's research focuses on different components of the diets and their relation to health and how we can help to improve these diets and lower risk of disease.
Current reasearch projects include: Cohort of high risk children; The QUALITY cohort linking lifestyle factors and metabolic health; The CARICOM Food Security Project to improve children’s diet in the Caribbean
