The School of Human Nutrition together with the Centre for Indigenous Peoples' Nutrition and Environment (CINE) and the Clinical Nutrition Research Unit (CNRU) is comprised of 12 tenure-track faculty members, 8 professional staff faculty lecturers guiding the Dietetics Stage (internship) program, 16 cross-appointed faculty and affiliate members, a food laboratory technician, and various support staff members. The current Director of the School is Dr Ryan Mailloux.
