Experts: Global warming threshold
Warning that global warming is set to surpass the 1.5C threshold set in the Paris climate agreement within the next few years, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), in a new report, is urging an “overshoot, peak and decline” strategy to limit the risk of climate disasters like heatwaves, floods and wildfires,
