Expert: Digital detox challenge for youth during 24h PAUSE
The 24h PAUSE is held every third Sunday in November, inviting teens and young adults to set aside their screens for 24 hours. The event encourages young Quebecers to be mindful of their screen use and of the risks linked with hyperconnectivity.
Sara Grimes, Full Professor, Department of Art History and Communication Studies and Wolfe Chair in Scientific and Technological Literacy, is available to share her expertise on youth and technology, and how events like this can foster digital literacy.
