Neuro Staff Appreciation Day 2025

Staff Appreciation Day is exclusively for Neuro staff, faculty, nurses, students, and trainees. ID required to enter.

The Neuro Clinical & Research Executive Teams cordially invite all Neuro staff, faculty, nurses, students and trainees to Neuro Staff Appreciation Day! Take a well-deserved break and join colleagues from across The Neuro for an afternoon of great food, fun activities, and relaxed connection outdoors at Percival Molson Stadium (rain or shine!).

What to Expect

This year’s event features a mix of wellness, play, and appreciation:

• Therapy Dogs – Spend some time with certified animal therapy dogs from McGill’s Wellness Hub. These friendly pups are here to help reduce stress and brighten your day.

• Games and Outdoor Activities – Enjoy lawn games like badminton and cornhole — perfect for a little friendly competition or just unwinding with colleagues.

• Photo Booth – Snap a fun keepsake with friends and coworkers at our staffed photo booth.

• Lufa Farms Booth – Visit the Lufa Farms team to learn about local urban agriculture and pick up a small gift (while supplies last).
   

Food Options

Enjoy a delicious lunch from one of three local favourites:

• Central Kitchen 
  Known for their globally inspired comfort food, Central Kitchen will be serving fresh tacos with a choice of fillings, including a vegetarian option.

• Falafel St-Jacques
  A Montreal favourite serving fully vegetarian Middle Eastern dishes, including fresh falafel in pita or bowls with toppings like hummus, tabbouleh, and tahini.

• Schwartz’s Deli 
  A Montreal institution serving their legendary smoked meat sandwiches. Please note: no vegetarian option is available at this booth.

Lunch boxes will be provided for evening and night staff. Please note that by attending this event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Images may be used for internal and external communications.
