Guidelines to Support Mental Health at McGill

According to the Mental Health Commission of Canada,Workplaces can play an essential part in maintaining positive mental health. They can give people the opportunity to feel productive and be a strong contributor to employee wellbeing. The workplace can also be a stressful environment that contributes to the rise of mental health problems and illnesses.

Employee Mental Health is a priority at McGill. My Healthy Workplace, Organizational Development, Human Resources’ Health and Wellbeing Program, as well as McGill’s Benefits Team all work together to provide training, tools and resources to support administrative staff on their journey towards a Healthier Workplace.
