Meditation with MORSL
Join MORSL's meditation facilitator Milda Graham for a seated yogic meditation session with no prior experience assumed or required. The beginning of this practice will engage the body to enhance seated meditation posture with comfort, and then introduce pranayama (breath awareness) to cultivate a more interiorized state, preparing the mind for the formal meditation session.
