Monday

12:00 PM: Pasta Monday at the Newman Centre Enjoy fresh pasta cooked by the director of the Newman Centre! A $5 lunch.

❤️😊1:00 - 3:00 PM: Spin & Smile: Semester-End Wellness Take a moment to pause and refresh during the busy end-of-semester rush. Stop by the library corridor to meet the MORSL team, get to know our office, and explore a simple interactive activity: spin a wheel or draw a card to receive a positive, encouraging message. These small gestures are designed to brighten your day, help you take a mindful pause, and connect with your peers. No pressure to participate — just drop by, say hello, and enjoy a tiny moment of support and positivity during finals.

1:00 - 2:30 PM: Animal Therapy-Downtown Campus Meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief.

1:30 - 2:00 PM: Mindfulness Sessions for Law Students Every Monday, law students are invited to attend a drop-in 30-minute mindfulness session led by Professor Sébastien Jodoin and Gabrielle Petrucci, Local Wellness Advisor at the Faculty of Law.

5:00 - 6:00 PM: Hosted at MORSL: McGill Meditation Club Practice Join McGill Meditation Club at MORSL's Meditation Space to practice diverse meditation techniques. Check out their Instagram account for updates about the focus for each week. All their meetings are beginner friendly and can be attended on a drop-in basis. Seating is limited and spots are first-come, first served.

5:00 PM: Multilingual Rosary at the Newman Centre Chapel. The NCSS prays each decade of the Rosary in different languages to show the universality of the devotion to Mary; you are more than welcome to pray it in your mother tongue!

5:00 PM: Mind and Body Pilates with Mariana Beat the pre-finals jitters with a stress-releasing workout with Lotus Fitness Initiative.

6:00 PM: Monday Young Adult Night with the NCSS at the Newman Centre. Open to all current and newly-graduated students, and working young adults. We meet every Monday night at 6pm where we will play some games to unwind before diving into some spiritual reading and discussion at 7pm.

Tuesday

10:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Art Hive Open Studio The McGill Art Hive is a space devoted to making art and community, located within the Healthy Living Annex at the Student Wellness Hub.

12:00 PM: Lunch and Learn Join Rabbi Shmuly for Lunch and Learn.

12:00 - 2:00 PM: Mount Royal Wellness Walk The McGill Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal!

6:30 PM: Worship Night with InterVarsity

2:00 - 4:00 PM: Calm Cafe @ Macdonald Campus As we juggle both personal and academic responsibilities, sometimes we just need to Take a break, slow our roll and calm down. Join the Hub Peer Supporters at The Calm Café! Enjoy tea, coffee, and snacks in a cozy space designed for relaxation and reflection.

5:00 - 6:30 PM: Contemplative Circle Join student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices. Each session blends a contemplative practice with discussion. Open to all students—whether or not you follow a spiritual path. No prior experience needed.

6:00 PM: Hillel BBQ BBQ season isn’t over yet! Join us for another Hillel Tuesday BBQ — good food, good vibes, and even better company.

6:30 - 8:30 PM: Young Adult Study Group with the NCSS We're going to study using the pomodoro technique! Let's lock in together! Every Tuesday! Bring Snacks to Share!

10:00 - 10:45 AM: Mental Health Walking Group at McGill’s Macdonald Campus Take a break from your routine and explore the scenic trails around campus in a supportive and relaxed environment.

11:00 AM - 12:00: PM: Neurodivergent and Chronic Conditions Support Group An opportunity to share mutual experiences, challenges, and tips on navigating academic and personal wellness at McGill.

1:00 - 3:00 PM: Wellness Pop-Up: Let's Talk Wellness Drop by our pop-up table to chat about wellness, get to know your Local Wellness Advisor, and find out what’s happening on campus to support you.

2:00 - 3:00 PM: Women's Discussion Series: On Being a Woman (Mac Campus) This bi-weekly in-person discussion series offers a safe and supportive space for women, including those from diverse cultural and international backgrounds, to share their unique experiences and engage in meaningful dialogue about the challenges and triumphs of womanhood.

4:00 - 5:00 PM: In-Person Peer Support Group with the Eating Disorder Centre. Our support groups are non-directional, non-judgmental, and inclusive. Free, confidential, and open to everyone. Our trained volunteers are available to help anyone struggling with disordered eating, body image and self-esteem issues, and other mental health concerns.

4:30 - 5:30 PM: Hosted at MORSL: Quaker Meditation is a space to sit and seek a stillness together to enter a kind of communion with each other, the world, and divine presence. Registration is not required to attend this event.

4:30 - 6:30 PM: Voices of Sudan Join the MSA Education Portfolio for an important evening dedicated to amplifying the voices that need to be heard. We invite you to learn, reflect, and discuss the current situation in Sudan.

5:30 - 7:15 PM: Hosted at MORSL: Weekly Diwan with McGill Sikh Students' Association Take a mindful pause with us at our weekly Rehras Sahib and Kirtan on campus. Together, we focus on calming the mind, easing stress, and recharging with the uplifting power of Naam.

6:00 PM: What Does God Have to Do with Art? Join St. Martha's and fibre artist Eli Bjedov-Stancovic of exploring the role of faith and spirituality in art & creation (& vice versa). There will be dinner and discussion.

Thursday

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Art Hive @ Macdonald Campus The Art Hive is back!! Join the Hub Peer Supporters in creating a place on Mac Campus where artistic expression flourishes. It will be a place where you can explore your imagination, gather, and connect with other students.

12:00 - 1:00 PM: Soup and Bagel Lunch at the Newman Centre The inimitable Soup and Bagel has returned to the Centre, so join us at noon every Thursday for a delicious $5 lunch!

5:30 PM: Midweek Advent service at the Church of St. Andrew & St. Paul.

6:00 - 8:00 PM: Dua Kumayl with the TMA Now happening weekly! After the heartfelt recitation of Dua Kumayl, we’ll unwind and enjoy some warm Persian tea.

7:00 - 9:00 PM: Gather is P2C's bi-weekly fellowship meeting. Are you curious about faith and Christianity, or want to connect with other Christians? Join us for teaching, discussion, prayer, snacks and games. The event location will be announced on our Instagram, @p2cmcgill.

3:30 - 4:30 PM: Sisters' Weekly Quran Memorization This semester, join the MSA in memorizing Surah As-Sajdah! Goals includes memorizing the entire surah by the end of term, understanding its themes & meanings, and reflecting on its lessons to grow spiritually.

4:30 - 5:30 PM: Brothers' Weekly Quran Memorization Join the MSA in memorizing Surah As-Sajdah!

5:00 PM: Paint and Sips with the MLSA Whether you’re a 1L or an upper-year, come join us for a relaxing pre-exam wind-down with tea, snacks, and arts & crafts! Take a breather from studying, connect with classmates, and recharge in a calm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll also have the chance to chat informally with lawyers, hear helpful advice, share your worries, and feel supported heading into exam season.

Saturday

10:15 AM: Shabbat morning services at Temple Emanu-el-Beth Sholom

11:00 AM: Potluck Style Brunch and Rosary with the NCSS at the Newman Centre

6:00 - 9:00 PM: CIIC Fundraiser support the mosque that supports us all. The programs, activities, and meaningful impact this center brings to our community rely on your support and involvement.

12:30 - 1:30 PM: Kitty Yoga Join the McGill Chapter of Jack.org for a relaxing hour of de-stressing yoga and cat therapy at 910 Rue Jean-Talon Est. Tickets are available via the Bounce platform for $24.

2:00 - 4:00 PM: Scale Mcgill x McGill Challah Bake Join @mcgill.scale and Nazun Montreal for an epic vegan challah bake! While the challah bakes, we’ll learn about animal liberation and ethics, how fun!
