Spiritual self-care focuses on the relationship between your mind, body, spirit, and emotions and on engaging in practices that connect you to something(s) that is beyond your individual human self – like nature, the collective good, deep time, the divine, or a higher power.

Community Partner Event: 47th Christian Commemoration of the Holocaust
The Christian Jewish Dialogue of Montreal (CJDM) will hold its 47th Annual Christian Commemoration of the Shoah on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. This interfaith event will include testimonies from a Holocaust survivor and members of his family, readings from the Bible and from Night by Elie Wiesel, the lighting of commemorative candles, prayers, music, and hymns. The Dialogue is sponsored by several organizations, including the Catholic Church in Montreal.

14th Annual Interfaith Eco-Action Day
In its 14th year, the Annual Interfaith Eco-Action day brings together faith communities and individuals from across Montreal to clean up a local park, meet friends old and new across traditions and join together to make a difference for the local community. This event is open to the public and all are invited.
