International students working in Canada
The International Student Services offers support in a variety of ways including help with working/volunteering in Canada.
To obtain a Co-op work permit, required for working in Canada, the Co-op Liaison Manager will advise you to go and meet with the International Student Services to gather information for a required letter of support necessary when applying.
After graduation, international students can stay in Canada through Canada’s Post-Graduation Work Permit Program.

McGill students must participate in a mandatory pre-departure orientation and complete the online travel registry through Minerva. Please see details of the International Travel Registry.
