MPU mission statement:

The Medical Physics Unit (MPU) at McGill University is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse community where all members, regardless of background, are valued. We recognize that scientific progress thrives in diverse environments and that diversity enriches research, innovation, and patient care. Our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) is reflected in our recruitment, mentorship, and policies, which aim to provide equal opportunities for everyone, particularly those from under-represented groups.

We strive to create an environment free from discrimination and harassment, where all individuals are respected and supported. We actively work to eliminate barriers to full participation in our academic and research activities.
