Critical Elements for FULL APPLICATION

Deadline- May 15 2024, 11:59pm EST.
Prospective applicants must complete all application details on ResearchNet but must not submit their application until they receive the letter of endorsement from GPS. The following elements must also be submitted for review:
- A 4-page research proposal that follows presentation guidelines and clearly communicates to a multidisciplinary review committee
- Fulfillment of degree requirements form (must be signed by the institution that conferred the PhD degree, PhD-equivalent or health professional degree)
- Significance of research contribution (top 3, 1 page)
- Significance of leadership contribution (top 3, 1 page)
- 3 referees-referee contact information required in the application; they will complete their assessments online for the applicant according to the evaluation criteria.
- Bibliography
- Supervisor's statement – maximum 4 pages, on institutional letterhead with ResearchNet headings
- Applicant's CCV- Canadian Common CV
The referees' assessment letters will be asked if the candidates pass the faculty review. We will notify the selected candidates when to submit the assessment letters.
