NOTE: If your application also requires signatures from the applicant, supervisor and chair of the department, then these signatures must be obtained before you request the Associate Dean's signature. Be sure to include a description of your project, a copy of all completed signature pages, and a summary page for the award application (indicating name of funding opportunity, applicant’s name, project title) with your signature request.
