Title: Markov processes with jump kernels degenerate at the boundary.

Abstract:  In this talk I will give a survey of recent progress in the study of purely discontinuous Markov processes with jump kernels degenerate at the boundary. The main results include boundary Harnack principle, sharp-two-sided Green function estimates and sharp two-sided heat kernel estimates.
