Title: Locally constrained flows, isoperimetric type inequalities, and open problems
Abstract: We discuss a new type of hypersurface flows with constraints. This type of flows enjoy certain monotonicity properties which make them a natural PDE tool to prove various isoperimetric geometric inequalities. Yet, there are several challenging problems for the longtime existence and regularity of these flows. We will discuss their background and open problems arising from these new flows. The talk is aiming for graduate students and young researchers.
