At Career Planning Service (CaPS), we see "leadership" as a collaborative process where all students can experience inclusive practices and work with others to create positive change.

Leadership education though our programing provides a forum for student development and learning of socially responsible leadership. Participating students will develop their individual leadership style and cultivate valuable skill sets for future academic and professional pursuits.

The CaPS leadership programming provides students with the opportunity to:

  • Develop leadership skills by exploring and experiencing leadership techniques
  • Develop relevant career readiness skills
  • Connect, learn and reflect with peers
