Appreciation Letter Submission Form

Please use this form to upload/submit your appreciation letter.  Only 1 file may be uploaded, and it must be a PDF file.

This letter should be approximately one page in length and should include a clear statement of thanks to the donor, including the name of the award and a brief commentary on any or all of the following topics:

• Academic background, program at McGill, contribution to the field, related community work, academic or professional experience, career plans upon completion of studies. If applicable: research interests, description of the progress made to date and thesis title.
• Impact of the award on your life and your studies
• Personal goals and aspirations after your studies
• Hobbies, interests and any other relevant personal information
