B.A.(Education) Internship Expo '25

Join us for a day of connecting, reflecting and networking--custom-designed for students in the B.A.(Education); Major in Education in Global Contexts program. Gain insights from B.A.(Ed) student interns, instructors and advisors as well as from internship hosts and mentors. Light snacks and refreshments served.

NOTE: You are welcome to attend the full day or choose which activities you can participate in.

9am – 9:30am – Welcome breakfast and Event opening

9:30am-11:30am  -  Sharing Circle with Students and Site Supervisors
A moderated conversation where Site Supervisors and student interns from Winter and Summer 2025 share their thoughts and experiences related to experiential learning, diverse career journeys, the role of education in professional settings, and how to make the most of an internship experience. The audience will be B.A.(Education) students, faculty and staff.

11:30am – 1:30pm – Lunch and Internship Host Fair
Kiosks hosted by private, public and non-profit organizations who have hosted a B.A.(Ed) student intern and those interested in recruiting student interns for Winter (Jan-Apr) and/or Summer (May-Aug) 2026

1pm – 3:00pm – Speed Networking Event for B.A.(Education) Students
A chance for current U2 students to (quickly!) meet face-to-face with internship hosts to discuss their organizations, career journeys, professional advice and internship opportunities.
