UniForum is a benchmarking initiative designed to help McGill better understand how its administrative and support services are structured, delivered, and resourced.
Working Groups
Over the spring and summer of 2025, working groups will examine various areas of activity. Their goal will be to simplify processes where possible, cut red tape, and ensure that McGill’s academic program delivery and administrative services meet our community’s needs as effectively and efficiently as possible.
