GPS is located in the James Administration Building (room 400) and is open for scheduled appointments only. Hours of service are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Fellowship-related forms and documents requiring a signature, should be scanned and emailed to graduatefunding.gps [at] mcgill.ca. Forms may also be sent via internal mail. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to complete your request. If original and/or hard copies are required, departments should send forms related to fellowships and awards directly to GPS for review and processing.

Documents and forms related to graduate admissions, records, registration, and postdocs should be mailed through internal mail to Enrolment Services - Student Records, Room MS-13, 3415 McTavish St., Montreal, QC, H3A 0C8, or dropped off at the Service Point front desk.
